AIA East Gateway is a strategically located building on Bangna-Trat Road KM4.5, designed to cater to the needs of modern tenants seeking a sustainable and well-designed workspace. It has received two Thailand Property Awards for its office landscape and architectural design.
The 33-storey Grade A building offers approximately 60,000 m2 of office space and 10,000 m2 of retail space. Designed according to LEED and WELL standards, it provides a harmonious environment for work, wellbeing, and sustainability.
The office floors from the 6th to the 33rd offer spacious layouts without columns, ranging from 1,900 to 2,200 m2. Various well-being facilities such as a fitness center, saltwater swimming pool, and AIA Vitality Zone with open-air working spaces and a running track are available. Security measures include CCTV, facial recognition turnstiles, and 18 passenger lifts. The building also features a large car park with 1,250 spaces, some equipped with EV chargers.
