With origins tracing back to 1984 and the establishment of Langdon Every Cost Engineering (LECE), mentabuild initially introduced Cost Management (Quantity Surveying) Services in Thailand before expanding into Project & Construction Management and Environmental Advisory Services.


Throughout our history, the company laid the groundwork for these services which have grown from strength to strength in Thailand and expanded our service coverage across Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos. Our past transitions has seen us evolve from LECE, Davis Langdon & Seah, Arcadis and now Mentabuild.


Today, we remain committed to assisting our clients, continuously developing our services, and shaping the construction, property & infrastructure market.
