Mentabuild’s origins trace back to 1984 with the establishment of Langdon Every Cost Engineering (LECE). Initially introducing and offering Cost Management (Quantity Surveying) Services in Thailand, we later expanded into Project & Construction Management and Environmental Advisory Services.
Throughout our history, the company laid the groundwork for these services which have grown from strength to strength in Thailand and expanded our service coverage across Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos. Our past transitions has seen us evolve from LECE, Davis Langdon & Seah, Arcadis and now Mentabuild.
Today, we remain committed to assisting our clients, continuously developing our services, and shaping the construction, property & infrastructure market.

Seth Weng Wai Leong

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Seth has over 21+ years international experience in cost management at all stages of construction, from inception to completion, including due diligence and project monitoring assessments. He has both led and supported teams working on projects ranging from commercial fit outs and refurbishment to new build iconic buildings and large-scale development master-plans.

He has an accomplished international track record of projects in Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Middle East and the United Kingdom.

Seth is a professionally qualified and accredited quantity surveyor with designations including being a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS), a Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) and a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying at the University of Reading, UK. He has also previously served as Chairman for the RICS ASEAN QS & Construction Professional Group Board.

Suwit Saejung

DIRECTOR

Suwit has over 20+ years experience in cost management in Thailand.

He is a professionally qualified and accredited quantity surveyor and is a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS) and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Bright Ng

PMCM Lead

Bright has over 29+ years experience in Project & Construction Management in Thailand and Malaysia.

He has an MBA and a Diploma in Building Technology.
