Scope
Together, ESA Phase I and Phase II provide valuable environmental information that supports clients in managing environmental liability, regulatory compliance, investment confidence, redevelopment planning, and long-term asset sustainability by site visiting, investigating, remediation, monitoring and reporting.
The ESA Phase I and II assessments support to identify potential environmental concerns and contamination risks associated with current and historical site activities that may affect future project development and operations.
Where potential contamination is identified during the Phase I assessment, additional Phase II investigation activities, including soil and groundwater sampling through monitoring well installation or borehole investigation, may be conducted to confirm site conditions and assess the extent of impacts.
Based on the investigation results, remediation and environmental management plans may also be developed to support risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and safe future site development in accordance with applicable environmental standards and requirements.
