Full Pre & Post Contract Cost Management (Quantity Surveying) Services which includes convention center and its supporting component exhibition & plenary hall, food court, restaurant, retail, office, car park, infrastructure, and supporting MEP services.
The Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), which is the largest convention center in the country, has undergone a remarkable transformation. With a total area of 78,500 m2, it now has the capacity to accommodate up to 100,000 visitors per day. The upgraded facilities have been expanded fivefold compared to the original structure, making it an ideal venue for hosting top-tier events.
The new Queen Sirikit Center showcases a sleek and minimalist design, providing a modern and sophisticated environment. It houses cutting-edge meeting facilities, including two main exhibition halls spanning 45,000 m2 each, two conference halls covering 10,000 m2 each, and an impressive 50 meeting rooms designed for various purposes. Additionally, the center offers ample parking space with a capacity for 2,700 vehicles. Visitors will also have access to food halls and retail stores, enhancing their overall experience within the center.
